First LFO Board Meeting
Posted in Uncategorized on May 27, 2008 by liveforothersFirst LFO Board meeting was held today on 27th May, 2008 in which all the executive and golden members were present. Also some silver members as guest were invited for the meeting.
This meeting was headed by Khalid Shakeel Babar. In this meeting it was decided to take steps for the unity and communication of class fellows. Qaiser Azim said that a clause in LFO about boycott should be cleared.
So the clause no 4. is now like that.
4. LFO will make sure there is no social boycott among the students of our class.
We may have different ideas and believes, but we should not fight and compromise on our brotherhood and we should always be good to one another despite our differences.
Fawad, Omar Amin, Neelam Nazir, Gulab Fatima Rani, Nazish Saher, Nadia Mumtaz, Madiha Ayaz Malik expressed their views. All the executive members were assigned tasks for the preparation of 1st issue of LFO mag.
LFO decision was made on a class issue about a test, and it was unanimous decision.
One by one, all the executive members of LFO will lead the meeting, so the next board meeting will be headed by Qaiser.
Code of conduct for the meetings will be laid down.
After each meeting a report will be made online about progress of LFO.

Principles of LFO
Posted in Uncategorized on May 23, 2008 by liveforothers1. LFO is a non-political academic society. No meeting or any other activity of LFO will be held during class timings.
2. LFO is only limited to Second Year Class students.
3. LFO will share hand made notes, CDs, presentation notes, practical copies, Mnemonics, tips among its members. Their duty will be to spread it to the class. LFO members will involve discussion on difficult topics to make them easy. LFO members will help students in preparing for their presentations.
4. LFO will make sure there is no boycott among the students of our class.
5. LFO will appreciate any achievement by any class fellow and encourage positive activities in our class.
6. CR and GR are the automatic members of this society.
7. All the interested students are requested to submit their names for inclusion in LFO.
8. There will be 8 executive members and 4 golden members and other silver members.
9. All the executive members have Veto Power. No decision will be made until all the executive members agree. All the executive members are equal in status, but their posts are assigned differently according to their duties.
10. Every member is free to leave LFO whenever he wants to quit.

LFO members will involve discussion on difficult topics to make them easy. LFO members will help students in preparing for their presentations.
LFO is a dream come true of Khalid Shakeel Babar (KSB). It was proposed by KSB and highly encouraged by Fawad, Omer and Qaiser. So it came into being.
